Petitioner (Bashir Mohd.) has filed the instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 11.03.2024 (Annexure P-11).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail the alternate remedies available to the petitioner in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
