Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Sunam, District Sangrur along with death certificates of Bhupinder Singh and Madan Lal, and statement of clerk from the office of Civil Surgeon, Sangrur and Rajindra Hospital, Patiala in this regard.

  Jarnail Singh, Jaswinder Singh and Gurjant Singh and the accused persons namely Surjit Singh son of Madan Lal, Gurmail Singh, Ram Dev, Parvinder Singh and Harwinderpal Singh son of Jagdish Ram, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure.

Heard.

In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, being a case of version and cross6version, the fact that parties belong to the same area and the offences for which the accused have been hauled up are not of serious nature, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and in bringing about peace and harmony and in view of the law laid down in '()* %(*+,-%.)./ 0*1)2)*3)*.,/4#

 & the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of Rapat No.37 arising out of FIR No.85 dated 02.06.2010 registered at Police Station Sunam, District Sangrur under Sections 341/355/506/148/149/323/325 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
