(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in cross case registered vide DDR No.27 dated 18.09.2015, under Sections 307, 427, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Khilchian, District Amritsar (P-2) in case FIR No.60 dated 16.09.2015, under Sections 307, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Khilchian, District Amritsar (P-1).

Heard.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court within 7 days from today and raise all the pleas, which have been raised in the instant petition, and his bail application, shall be decided within next 7 days on merits.
