Learned counsel submits that for the grievance aired in the petition, petitioners have also submitted a representation, Annexure P-2. According to him, petitioners shall be satisfied if a decision thereon is taken. Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Ms. Ishneet Kaur, AAG Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of official respondent(s). She submits that competent authority shall examine the representation and a decision shall be taken thereon within four months from today. A speaking order shall be passed and conveyed to the petitioners.

In view of statement made by State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
