Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 141 dated 28.8.2015 under Section 354-A, 323, 506, 308 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Maqsoodan, Jalandhar.
Prosecution story, in brief, is that on 28.8.2015 at about 5.30/6.00 P.M., complainant went to Soma Clinic as she was suffering pain in her abdomen. At that time, there was no patient in the clinic. The doctor started examining her and started kissing her forcibly. When the complainant protested, then she was caught hold from her neck and the doctor gave a scissor blow in her abdomen.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner was only a matriculate. Petitioner had no concern with Soma Clinic.

Crl. Misc. No. M-34496 of 2015 -2the petition and has submitted that the allegations levelled against the petitioner are serious in nature and petitioner is required for custodial interrogation.
Since in the present case the allegations levelled against the petitioner are serious in nature, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made out. Petitioner is required for custodial interrogation.
Dismissed.
