Sudan, Advocate for respondent No.5. **** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that although respondent No.5 has retired from service but the official respondents have now given the charge to another person junior to the petitioner. He further states that the petitioner shall be preferring a representation in that regard and he would be satisfied if this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to consider and decide his representation in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 that in the event of the petitioner preferring a representation, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of two months from date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
