This petition is for directing the official respondents for proper investigation of case FIR No. 107 dated 3.8.2022 under Sections 354-A and 506 IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act registered at Police Station Dugri, Ludhiana. Learned State counsel on instructions submits that looking into the sensitivity of the matter, respondent no.3 specially marked the case to a lady police officer, NRI Cell, who is investigating the matter. It is submitted that Look Out Notice has been issued against the main accused, who is stated to have left the country.

In view thereof, there is no ground to issue the directions sought. Dismissed.
