The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 15.03.2024 (Annexure P-14) whereby he has been declared ineligible on the ground of non-submission of requisite documents.

The petitioner pursuant to an advertisement applied for the allotment of Retail Outlet at location 'within 5 Kms. of Jal Ghar Mitthi on SH-5 Behal Jhumpa Road'.

He was selected in the draw of lots. Deficiency in the documents submitted by petitioner was found and he was asked to rectify the same. He submitted attested affidavit which was post date of filing of application. The respondent has rejected his candidature and as per procedure, he has filed representation dated 19.03.2024 (Annexure P-15) with respondent.

Mr. Ashish Kapoor, Advocate for the respondents, who on advance notice is present in Court, submits that petitioner as per prescribed procedure has filed representation dated 19.03.2024 which is still pending. He assures the Court that said representation would be disposed of within two weeks from today, in accordance with law. 4.

Mr. Ashish Kumar, Advocate, agrees to the aforesaid arrangement.
