1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police has registered two FIRs i.e. FIR No.86 dated 3.6.2020, Police Station Bhawala, District Fazilka & FIR No.88 dated 6.6.2020, Police Station Bhawala, District Fazilka against some liquor contractors including Karambir with whom the petitioner is having some kind of oral partnership. It has been submitted that although he has not been named in these FIRs but he apprehends his arrest in the same.

2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner is required to be arrested in the aforesaid two FIRs, then a prior notice of at least 3 days be afforded to him before effecting his arrest in the aforesaid FIRs.
