CWP-1119-2006:- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, all the employees who are likely to be affected by the outcome of the present petition, could not be impleaded as party in the present petition, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file a fresh one by impleading all the employees, who will be affected in case the prayer raised in the present petition is accepted.
