As per the office report, notice issued to LRs of appellant No. 1(i) received back with the report of death. Appellant No. 2 served through his son. Appellant No. 3 is reported to be dead. Appellant No. 4 has been duly served but none has come present. On the previous date also none was present on behalf of the appellants and notice was ordered to be issued to the appellants in order to ascertain as to if they want to pursue the appeal or not. Since in sipte of notice to appellants No. 2 and 4 who are surviving appellants none has come present. 2.

In view of the above and given the prevailing circumstances, so there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellants to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today.

Since the main appeal stands decided, the miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
