(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.145 dated 19.09.2020 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC at Police Station Sadar Jalalabad, District Fazilka. Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that in pursuance of order dated 12.05.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and has also handed over a demand draft of `1.00 lac favouring victim Ashok Singh to the Investigating Officer, which was handed over to the victim on 20.05.2022. He further submits that petitioner is no longer required for investigation. In view of above, order dated 12.05.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Disposed of accordingly.
