(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner Vakil Singh @ Massaged in a case arising from FIR No.41 dated 17.05.2017 under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act registered at Police Station Longowal, District Sangrur.

After arguing for some time, when the Bench was not agreeing with the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
