**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Petitioner has produced the Aadhar Card. Photocopy of the same has been placed on record.
Counsel for the respondent submits that the draft which was handed over was not in the correct name, therefore the bank has not accepted it.
The draft be returned to the petitioner.
The original draft of Rs. 30,000/- is handed over to the petitioner. The petitioner would get it corrected and hand it over to the respondent before the CJM concerned and he will move an application in this regard within three weeks.
Petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
