**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) This is the second application seeking regular bail in FIR No. 53 dated 11.6.2017 registered at Police Station Anandpur Sahib, District Rupnagar under Sections 304-B, 34 IPC. The first application was dismissed on 17.4.2018.

Petitioner is in custody since 11.6.2017.

The zimni orders have been placed on record to show that examination-in-chief of complainant Parkash Chand was recorded in November/December 2017. Thereafter he failed to appear on three dates. His cross-examination has now been conducted on 11.10.2018. There are eight more witnesses which are yet to be examined. The trial would take time.
