Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present petition has already been decided in CWP-7214-2026 titled as IIFL Home Finance Ltd. Vs. State of Haryana and others decided on 11.03.2026. Hence, the present petition be also disposed of in the same terms. 2.

Keeping in view the said averments, the present petition is also disposed of in the same terms as in IIFL Home Finance Ltd. Vs. State of Haryana and others.
