Mr. Kirat Singh Sidhu, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab. *** Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has since joined the investigation and has furnished an affidavit that he does not hold any Passport. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from S.I. Sham Sunder from Police station Bhaini Mian Khan, District Gurdaspur. He states that the petitioner is not required for further investigation since recovery has been effected from him.
Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 17.11.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
