In pursuance of order dated 19.01.2026, a verification report by way of an affidavit of Devender Singh, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Mohana, District Sonipat has been placed on record. Same is taken on record. As per the said affidavit, upon verification it has been found that some of the legal heirs of the appellant as well as respondents No. 1, 2 and 4 have expired, whereas some are still alive. It has further been reported that the surviving legal heirs have been duly informed and are fully aware of the pendency of the present appeal and of the date fixed for hearing today. However, despite such knowledge, none has chosen to appear or be represented before this Court. % &
