(ORAL) This is a petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in a case FIR No. 4 dated 08.01.2015 under Sections 363/366A/120-B IPC and Section 376 IPC has been added lateron, registered at Police Station City Hoshiarpur. This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 11.05.2017 :- "List on 12.07.2017.
Meanwhile, petitioners are directed to join the investigation as and when called by the Investigating Officer. In the event of their arrest, they shall be released on bail by the Investigating Officer on their furnishing bail bonds/sureties to his satisfaction, subject to the conditions mentioned below, as envisaged in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C :- i. a condition that the person shall make themselves available for interrogation by Police Officer as and when required; ii. a condition that the person shall not, directly or indirectly Satyawan 2017.07.12 17:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh

(3) of Section 437, as if the bail were granted under that section."
Learned State counsel submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 11.05.2017, the petitioners have joined the investigation. Since the petitioners have joined the investigation, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 11.05.2017 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioners will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation and will not leave India without permission of the Court and will comply with the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 12.07.2017 (JAISHREE THAKUR) Satyawan JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned Yes.
