RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Aarti Tandon, in case FIR No. 0281 dated 07.10.2018 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Division 6, Ludhiana. Learned State counsel submits that despite repeated directions to the petitioner to join investigation, she has not joined the same.

In view of the above and after hearing learned counsel for the petitioner at length, when the Bench was going to dismiss this petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition.

Ordered accordingly.
