(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C for issuance of a direction for getting the case FIR bearing No. 75 dated 01.04.2022 under Sections 323, 506, 341 IPC at Police Station Salem Tabri, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana (Annexure P-1) investigated from some other police officer. Notice served upon the official respondents through the State's counsel. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied in case directions may be issued to the respondent to decide the representation dated 18.04.2022 (Annexure P-8) in a time bound manner.

The prayer being innocuous is not opposed by the learned State counsel. Given above, the present petition is disposed of by issuing direction to Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, to decide representation dated 18.04.2022 (Annexure P-8) by passing a speaking and reasoned order within ten working days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

In case, the grievance of the petitioner still exists, he shall be at liberty to avail legal remedy in accordance with law including approaching this Court.
