(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.245 dated 16.12.2015, registered at Police Station City Kharar, District SAS Nagar, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 323 and 34 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the complainant and has been falsely implicated in the present case.

CRM-M-3548-2016 -2In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 10.02.2016, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a surety of `2 lacs before the trial Court. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
