(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the challenge is to the transfer order dated 25.05.2021 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.2. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Ishwar Dass Goyal, Chief Engineer, Head Quarters and Dispute Resolution, Water Resources Department, Punjab, submits that a vacancy is to arise at Ludhiana on 30.06.2021 and the petitioner will be posted back to Ludhiana on the said available vacancy immediately. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that statement of learned State counsel satisfies the claim of the petitioner as raised in the present writ petition and he does not want to press this petition any further and the same may be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
