******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 907 dated 16.10.2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 177, 181, 200, 406, 420 read with Section 120-B of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Hisar Civil Lines, District Hisar. Heard.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Surinder Singh submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and the police after completion of investigation, has presented the challan in this case. As such, custodial interrogation of petitioner is no more required. In the event of his non-appearance on any date without permission, the trial Court will be competent to cancel his bail and forfeit the bail bond and surety bond and proceed against him in accordance with law.
