(Oral) As agreed upon between the parties, a demand draft in the sum of Rs.1,14,000/- has been handed over by learned counsel for the petitioner to learned counsel for the complainant. As a result of compromise between the parties, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 11.10.2017, is made absolute subject to fulfillment of conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition in that way is allowed.
