Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.

This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 68, dated 16th July, 2019 under Sections 376(3), 506 and 450 of IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, registered at Police Statioin Chabbewal, District Hoshiarpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the statement made before this Court, prosecution evidence is over. He submits that defence witness has been concluded, matter is partly argued and now is at the final stage. In view of above, no case is made out for grant of bail at this stage.

The petition is dismissed.
