This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 13.12.2024 passed in CWP-33715-2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the order dated 13.12.2024 was duly complied with and a speaking order was passed on 04.04.2025 which was also conveyed to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition. 4.

Dismissed as not pressed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
