This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 128 dated 14.06.2017 under sections 406, 420, 120B IPC at Police Station Mandi Gobindgarh, district Fatehgarh Sahib. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh, who is present in court, submits that pursuant to order dated September 18, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated September 18, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
