6# the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.60 dated 14.06.2014 registered at Police Station Sadar District Muktsar under Sections 406, 420 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
