**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) In this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant family pension along with interest to the petitioner on account of death of her husband. Besides, a prayer also been made to direct the respondents to count the daily wage service of the late husband of the petitioner while considering her claim for grant of pension as well as release of the gratuity of her late husband.
