The petitioner through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to ensure that petitioner is not subjected to undue harassment and humiliation by repeatedly calling her to police Station at the instance of respondent No. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia submits that petitioner has lodged FIR No. 107 dated 12.07.2022, under Section 498-A IPC, at Police Station, City Nawanshahar, District SBS Nagar, against respondent No. 4. To wriggle out of said FIR, the respondent No. 4 has lodged false complaint against the petitioner and police is repeatedly calling her. She has made representation dated PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2023.05.04 16:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Stanam Singh, submits that the competent authority has not received representation dated 09.03.2023, however, he assures the Court that competent officer would act upon representation dated 09.03.2023 of the petitioner which is enclosed with the petition. He further submits that petitioner would not be called without appropriate summons under Section 160 Cr.P.C.

In view of statement of learned State counsel, no further order is warranted. This court is sanguine of the fact that competent officer would look into representation dated 09.03.2023 of the petitioner and do the needful.
