(Oral) Despite the letter dated 26.06.2019 having been issued by the registry to the learned counsel for the appellants to furnish the fresh process fee along with fresh address of the respondent, no steps have been taken by the learned counsel for the appellants to do the needful.

Further, as per the report of the registry, vide letter dated 04.12.2019 of this Court, the learned counsel for the appellants was again informed and the same has been received back served.

In view of above, it seems that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the instant appeal.
