(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing/setting aside FIR No.32 dated 17.04.2013, under Sections 392, 382, 184, 397 IPC, Sections 15/18/21 of NDPS Act, 1985 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Begowal, District Kapurthala and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioners.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Rajender Kumar, contends that instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of discharge of petitioners in aforesaid FIR.

In view of the above, the instant is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
