Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking a direction for conducting the inquiry in FIR No. 53 dated 22.6.2013 under Section 336, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25, 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Kathunangal, District Amritsar (Rural) from some independent agency.

Even on the second call, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. On the last date also, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
