The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.685 dated 13.8.2018 registered at Police Station Assandh, District Karnal under Sections 148, 149, 323, 506 IPC and proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of a compromise having been effected between the parties. 2.
Vide order dated 22.4.2019, the parties had been directed to appear before the Illaqa Magistrate so as to get the statements recorded. 3.
Report of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Assandh has been received, wherein it has been reported that the statements of complainants Lakhwinder Kaur, Partap Singh and injured Pargat Singh as well as of petitioners/accused Jaspal Singh, Vikramjit Singh, Devender Singh and Jatinder Singh have been recorded to the effect that they have entered into a compromise without any pressure and have no objection if FIR against the petitioners/accused is quashed. In view of the aforesaid report and bearing in mind the law laid down by Full Bench of this Court in 2007(3) RCR (Crl.) 1052 Kulwinder Singh and others Vs.
