AT CHANDIGARH CWP No.12881 of 2019 Date of decision:10.07.2019 Subhash Chander ... Petitioner Vs.

State of Haryana and others ... Respondents

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL Present:- Mr. Balraj Gujjar, Advocate for the petitioner.

AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in the present writ petition is for directing the respondents to regularize the service of petitioner on the post of Baildar from the date of initial engagement on 15.7.1989 in view of various policies.

Learned counsel contends that petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide legal notice Annexure P-4 within some specified time. Without going into merit of case or commenting thereon, I deem it appropriate to dispose of present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the legal notice (Annexure P-4) by passing a speaking order after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
