(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.29 dated 02.06.2017 registered under Section 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Regulations and Development) Act, 1957 at Police Station Taragarh, District Pathankot. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the pleas, which have been raised in this petition, before the trial Court at appropriate stage.
