Bansal, Advocate, who was representing the appellants is received back with the report that he has since expired. Notice issued to the appellants is received back with the report that they are not residing at the given addresses.

Perusal of the paper-book would reveal that suit for possession of the property filed by the plaintiff-respondent herein was though dismissed by the trial Court on 19.03.1998, but the appeal of the plaintiff was accepted by the First Appellate Court on 30.10.1998 and thus, the defendants have approached this Court against the reversal.

However, as noticed above, counsel for the appellant has expired and the appellants are stated to be not residing at the given addresses and no other addresses are available expect except the addresses mentioned in the memo of parties.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, this Court is constrained to dispose of the present appeal with liberty to the appellants to get it revived in case any cause of action survives.
