Present petition has been filed for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3, to protect life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members, from the hands of private respondent Nos.5 to 10. 2.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had borrowed an amount of Rs.50,000/- from private respondent Nos.5 to 10. 3.
As per the allegations, petitioner has been given beatings by the private respondents, and therefore, he moved a representation dated 07.01.2026, to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar Rural, for inquiring into the complaint dated 06.11.2025 filed by the petitioner. 4.
Counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to avail alternate remedy available to the petitioner, as per law.

Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as sought and recorded here above.
