(Oral) The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for the quashing of the order dated 18.02.2022 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Fatehabad in FIR No.225 dated 19.06.2017 under Section 379 IPC registered with Police Station Bhuna, District Fatehabad, whereby the petitioner has been illegally and arbitrarily declared as proclaimed offender.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, in case, the petitioner surrenders and moves an application seeking the concession of regular bail, the Trial Court shall decide the same expeditiously, preferably, within a period of one week.
