(ORAL) Case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the official respondents to correct revenue i.e. jamabandi/mutations and girdawari in favour of the petitioners by transferring the ownership of the purchased land in their favour according to the registered sale deeds (Annexures P-1 to P-3). Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in RSA No. 4591 of 2016, the controversy is only with regard to 24 kanals of land whereas the petitioners have purchased the property which is not the part of controversy of the said RSA and to this effect, they have moved a representation dated 05.3.2020 (Annexure P-7). Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2-Deputy Commissioner, Sirsa to decide the representation (Annexure P-7) within the stipulated period.
