Virk, Senior DAG, Haryana --- SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.178 dated 20.10.2020, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the IPC, and Section 66-D of the Information Technology Act, 2000, registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, Gurugram (Annexure P-1) 2.

This Court vide order dated 19.4.2024, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 19.4.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Inspector Savit Kumar, does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. 5.

In view of the above, the order dated 19.4.2024 is made absolute.
