Since she was threatened by certain persons regarding her title and possession and thus apprehending threat to her possession, she filed a suit for possession against the said persons wherein in the temporary injunction application an interim order has been granted in favour of the petitioner/plaintiff. Further allegation is that said persons have on the basis of a forged Will of her deceased husband tried to get mutation in their favour. The said forgery has resulted in lodging of FIR No.50 dated 24.8.2015 under Sections 420,467,468,471,120-B IPC.
