-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Reply by way of affidavit of Mr. Satvinder Singh Virk, DSP Jagraon District Ludhiana (Rural) filed on behalf of the State is ordered to be taken on record. As per the said reply SHO PS Sadar has recommended for cancellation of the FIR and DSP Jagroan also agreed to the same and SSP Ludhiana (Rural) has approved the said cancellation vide order dated 7.1.2023 and now the cancellation report is going to be filed in the Court concerned.

The counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant submits that he is unaware of all the aforesaid proceedings which were carried out by the police at the back of the complainant.
