*** Respondent served and has appeared through Mr. Abhinav Sood, Advocate who has filed memo of appearance. He states that he has no objection if the application is accepted and divorce petition in question is transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Hisar.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. The petition titled 'Karamjeet versus Poonam Rani' is ordered to be withdrawn from the Court of Principal Judge (Family Court), Jind and transferred to Family Court at Hisar for disposal in accordance with law.

The parties through their counsel are directed to appear in the transferee Court on 2.8.2019. Copies of orders be sent to the Court of Principal Judge (Family Court), Jind as well as to the Family Court at Hisar for information and necessary compliance.
