(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.216 dated 07.08.2018 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 506 IPC and Section 3, 3(1)a, 3(1)g, 3(1)s, 3(1)z of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short "SC/ST Act") at Police Station Chandimandir, Panchkula. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition on account of deletion of offence against the petitioners under the provisions of SC/ST Act. Dismissed as withdrawn.
