(Oral) The precise grievance of petitioner is that he has purchased the land measuring 25 kanal 13 marlas situated in village Simbli Gujran Tehsil and District Pathankot from Kishno @ Kamlesh vide sale agreement dated 22.12.2001 but she backed out from the agreement and petitioner filed a civil suit, which was decreed in her favour and sale deed dated 06.01.2014 was executed in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner also filed an execution application and vide order dated 09.03.2015, directions were issued to SDO, Civil Pathankot to put the petitioner in possession. Petitioner is in possession of the land but the private respondents are creating problem for the petitioner by this way or the others and number of times, they destroy the standing crops in GAURAV ARORA 2016.10.06 15:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Crl. Misc. No. M-35528 of 2016 -2the land of the petitioner and F.I.R No. 21 dated 11.05.2016 under Sections 379/427/447/506/34 IPC has bee registered against the accused persons but despite this they are harassing the petitioner.
