(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners stated that since the complaint has been withdrawn before Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Moga, therefore, he does not want to pursue the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of complaint bearing No. 86 dated 28.10.2021 under Section 12, 18, 19, 20, 22 and 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 titled Rajbeer Kaur and another versus Lakhwinder Singh and others and withdraws the same. In view of the statement, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
