(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.171 dated 25.04.2022, registered under Sections 15 and 29 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Pehowa, District Kurukshetra. Status report by way of an affidavit dated 26/29.08.2022 of the DSP, HSNCB Ambala, filed on behalf of the respondent-State, in the Registry, is taken on record.
Vide order dated 11.05.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Neeraj Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

CRM-M-20046-2022 (O&M) -2In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 11.05.2022 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
