The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the date of appointment of the petitioner from the date his juniors have been given appointment letters with all consequential benefits. [2].

On asking of the Court, Mr. Tapan Kumar Yadav, D.A.G., Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. [4].

With the concurrence of learned counsel for the parties, I have heard the arguments advanced by them.

It is not in dispute that CWP No.17719 of 2022 titled MOHMED ATIK 2023.04.24 20.40 I attest to the authenticity and integrity of this order/judgment

'Renu Bala and ors. vs. State of Haryana and others' has been disposed of vide order dated 10.08.2022. [6].

Learned counsel for both the parties submit that this petition may also be disposed of in the light of observations made in the order dated 10.08.2022 passed in the aforesaid writ petition i.e. CWP No.17719 of 2022.

In view of consensus arrived at between the parties, this writ petition is also disposed of in the same terms as passed in CWP No.17719 of 2022.
